Registration Info
All items below must be completed
before February 21, 2025

Prior to participation in sports at Edison High School, students must register on our Activities Registration site and complete the following: (1) Concussion Education and (2) Digital Emergency Care Card. 

• Register for Edison Sports:

  (Registering here WILL NOT automatically place you on the team email list, please use the links below to get team information)

• A yearly Physical is required submitted on the proper VHSL form is required.

• Fill out the 2025 Spring Track Athlete Email Form to get on the TEAM athlete email list. 

• Fill out the 2025 Spring Track Parent Email Form to get on the TEAM parent email list.

• Please submit all required forms to the Edison Athletic Trainer in order to be eligible for the team. You can email your info to tjmilosavich@fcps.edu or come by the training room. Please do this before February 21st.
